Their contribution enables us to update and implement progress action plans<\/strong>, focusing on targeted, concrete areas for improvement<\/strong>. The great majority of our customers, 90% of those with whom we achieve 80% of our turnover, take part in our survey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Thanks to them, we have reliable, up-to-date performance indicators<\/strong>. They enable us to put corrective actions in place to guide our work in the direction of continuous improvement, with a target of \"zero defects\". Our quality commitment includes implementing preventive actions to avoid any non-compliance.
